Your safety is our priority so we will do this over the next two weeks observing social distancing guidelines and regulations. 🙏
We are implementing the following studio changes to ensure a safe practice environment for students and teachers.
🔵 Maximum of 10 students per class to ensure appropriate space between mats.
🔵 HAND SANITIZER to be used on arrival to studio along with temperature checks – anyone with a raised temperature and/or visible respiratory symptoms such as a cough or cold, will be refused entry.
🔵 We require all students to BRING THEIR OWN MAT and HAND TOWEL to class. If you don’t have a mat please email [email protected] who has a few solutions to help you get one quickly.
🔵 We will offer hands on adjustments upon request.
